Develop retrofit and bid proposals, write specifications, prepare estimates, grow customer accounts, deliver sales proposals, and coordinate engineers, estimators, project managers, and field staff to drive profitable project wins and high customer satisfaction.

Serve as the engineering SME to generate and close new facilities engineering business in the Seattle/PACNW territory. Build strategic relationships, attend industry events, create customized proposals and RFP responses, price/estimate labor, negotiate contracts, collaborate with operations for delivery, maintain CRM, and provide competitive intelligence.

Lead Customer Success strategy and execution to drive revenue growth, retention, and market expansion. Develop KPIs, act as voice-of-customer, align customer expectations to internal processes, coach and develop the Customer Success team, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver end-to-end, best-in-class customer experiences.

Lead HR strategy and operations for US and Canada, including recruiting, benefits and retirement administration, compliance, employee relations, performance and leadership development, HR team management, training, and culture integration. Serve as trusted advisor to senior leadership and drive process improvement to reduce turnover and ensure regulatory compliance.
