The Role

Preferred (Not Required):

  • Book size of $20M–$100M+

  • Located in the following states: OR, NY, NJ, FL, or CA

 

Compensation & Financial Upside

  • Payout range: 60–80%+ based on book size and structure

  • Top-tier payout bands available for advisors with larger, scalable books

  • No forced production grids or artificial caps

  • Clear alignment between revenue generation and take-home pay

  • Select advisors may have the opportunity to participate in long-term value creation initiatives, including leadership roles and potential equity participation.

  • On-Target Earnings: $150K - $600K+| Uncapped earnings structure directly tied to revenue production and growth.
