Lead global alumni engagement for ThunderbirdSchool of Global Management, growing chapter networks, designing digital and in-person engagement strategies, coordinating reunions and signature events, managing staff, partnering across campus, using data to measure impact, and linking engagement to philanthropic outcomes.

The Director of Operations will oversee efficient operational practices, manage budgets, improve customer service, and ensure compliance while mentoring teams.

Provide on-site technical support for K-12 clients using the Synergy Education Platform. Triage and resolve software issues, analyze support requests, assist users with complex application workflows (gradebook, assessments, LMS), and maintain service quality standards. Collaborate with teams, meet performance targets, and occasionally travel for training or client support.

Provide technical front-line support and escalation management for public-safety SaaS, troubleshoot applications, OS, networking and third-party integrations, author knowledge-base content, coordinate cross-functional incident resolution, participate in on-call rotation, and mentor teammates to maintain SLAs and customer satisfaction.

Perform physical branch tasks: inspect, clean, load/unload, prepare, demonstrate, and transport rental equipment; support technicians, sales staff, and customers while maintaining safety and accurate checks.

Provide technical support and quality assurance for DataDivers systems and APIs: manage Zendesk tickets, run SQL queries to validate and correct data, review court documents, process dispute requests, and maintain documentation.

Provide franchisees operational support and training across a region, drive profitability through P&L reviews and sales strategies, implement startup and catering programs, ensure brand compliance and safety, and support new store launches while traveling extensively (50-75%).

Manage a caseload of complex general liability claims: investigate, evaluate coverage and liability, negotiate settlements, document files, coordinate with legal and internal teams, and mentor claim representatives to ensure timely, fair, and compliant claim resolution.

Provide on-site desktop/laptop and iOS support, manage Office 365 and Active Directory tasks, perform physical installs, participate in on-call rotation, assist with technical projects, document runbooks, and collaborate with IT staff and vendors to resolve issues.

Provide day-to-day customer service and operational support for surety accounts: create and maintain account and bond files, process premiums, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations, audit agent bond logs, generate reports, resolve billing discrepancies, liaise with agents, underwriters, legal and other internal teams, and assist with rating and quote guidance.
