Handle inbound calls and perform outbound lapse recovery to retain life insurance policyholders. Assess needs, recommend solutions, document interactions, maintain product knowledge, and meet call center KPIs during evening and weekend shifts.

Own and publish enterprise contact-center schedules in Verint, manage rosters and headcount across internal and BPO teams, reconcile scheduled vs. invoiced hours, handle exceptions and intraday adjustments, drive quarterly scheduling optimization and policy, and govern AI-assisted scheduling drafts to improve staffing efficiency and agent wellbeing.

Support cross-functional projects to improve operational workflows, perform market and ad-hoc analyses, maintain SOPs and reporting, deep-dive into data to surface trends and recommendations, and clean up CRM and reporting infrastructure. Manage project plans and deliverables for manufacturing digital transformations, collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers, while ensuring communication and organization throughout the process.
