Administer and support PeopleSoft environments as a DBA/Administrator. Use STAT tools, manage LDAP and SSL certificates, apply technical and analytical skills, and provide communication and leadership for IT initiatives.

Provide frontline IT helpdesk support to clinical and administrative staff in a medical oncology setting. Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, Microsoft 365 apps, and Citrix virtual desktops. Deploy and maintain Windows workstations, install updates/patches, assist with wired/wireless networking, maintain inventory and documentation, escalate complex issues, and support clinic technology installations and relocations.

Lead client IT support services and help desk teams; manage support deliverables, Active Directory and Office 365 environments; deploy infrastructure improvements; engage clients and vendors; provide remote and on-premise support and lead initiatives to research and deploy new applications.

Provide Level 1 local and remote support for desktops, laptops, servers, and VoIP phones. Maintain Active Directory/Entra ID, imaging, DNS/DHCP, backups, antivirus, and ticket documentation per ITIL. Support branch setup, vendor coordination, HIPAA compliance, and generate technical support documentation.

Provide senior-level systems and network administration for the Sheriff's Office: configure, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot servers, virtualization, storage, and security systems; manage AD/Entra ID, VMware, backups and network resources; lead and train IT staff; coordinate vendor repairs, disaster recovery, audits, and IT policy recommendations.

Administer and configure the ITSM platform (Ivanti Neurons or similar), implement ITIL-based processes, design and deploy automated IT service solutions, manage CMDB and data, build API integrations, create reporting/dashboarding, ensure security and GLBA compliance, document technical processes, coordinate deployments, and collaborate with operational teams to drive service improvements.

Provide Tier 3 escalation support and systems administration for on-prem and hybrid environments. Install, provision, and maintain servers (OS, DB, apps), manage Active Directory and critical services HA, automate with PowerShell, support virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), mentor junior staff, document solutions, and participate in on-call rotation.

Administer and maintain CICS Transaction Server environments (install, upgrade, patch, configure regions), monitor and tune transaction performance using tools like OMEGAMON/MainView/TMON, perform migrations and troubleshooting, and support production, test and DR systems with on-call responsibilities.

Provide technical support and quality assurance for DataDivers systems and APIs: manage Zendesk tickets, run SQL queries to validate and correct data, review court documents, process dispute requests, and maintain documentation.

Provide on-site and remote technical support for PremierOne/CAD/RMS systems, perform system maintenance, patching, diagnostics, backups, root-cause analysis, and customer-facing problem resolution. Support on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments and implement vulnerability remediation per Motorola procedures.
