The Senior Capacity Planner will lead global supply chain planning, collaborate with teams for capacity assessment, and enhance capacity planning processes.

Coach and train station staff on safety procedures, conduct audits and investigations, maintain injury/liability records, report trends, ensure OSHA and company safety compliance, liaise with insurers, and develop policy recommendations.

Own and optimize CRM, marketing automation, and revenue systems to improve pipeline performance, forecasting, reporting, and customer lifecycle processes. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Client Success, Finance, and Leadership to drive automation, data quality, analytics, and insights that increase productivity, retention, and revenue growth.

The QC Sampler collects and documents raw, in-process, and finished product samples for testing, ensuring compliance with SOPs and GMP standards.

Provide day-to-day operational support for commercial banking clients within Treasury Management: process account maintenance, transactions and wires, complete KYC/AML tasks, respond to client inquiries, research and escalate issues, monitor account activity for risks, ensure compliance, assist with onboarding and special projects, and support relationship teams to deliver a high-quality client experience.

Oversee day-to-day property administration office operations, manage resident/customer relations, lease administration, collections, and office inspections. Lead and develop administrative staff, coordinate with maintenance and other departments, manage reception and paperwork accuracy, assist General Manager with projects and reporting, and deliver exceptional resident/guest service.

Receive, catalog, inventory and ship collateral and servicing files to custodians, vendors and investors; manage requests within SLAs; update MERS and inventory/image systems; identify and cure collateral exceptions; prepare reports; perform audits and communicate with vendors, portfolio managers and internal teams to support loss mitigation, bankruptcy and foreclosure workflows.

Manage real-time workforce planning and scheduling for inbound/outbound contact center activity. Monitor adherence, adjust published schedules, coordinate contingency plans, deliver reports, and analyze workforce metrics to optimize staffing and service levels.

Manage and oversee third-party administrator workers' compensation claims, monitor claim trends and loss runs, communicate with underwriters/insureds/brokers, prepare high-exposure reports, maintain state adjuster licenses, and participate in reviews and special projects.

Provide end-to-end administrative support to the CEO: manage travel, keep the office running, coordinate events and onboarding, represent the CEO externally, use AI tools to improve workflows, exercise strong judgment, build relationships, and respond flexibly outside normal hours when needed.
