Lead design and execution of compensation and incentive programs for assigned business lines. Manage annual compensation review, market surveys, incentive governance, compliance analysis, ad hoc compensation analytics, and strategic compensation projects in partnership with finance, compliance, risk, and HR business partners.

Lead technical accounting projects and manage operational accounting processes to ensure US GAAP/IFRS compliance. Perform Ukrainian- and English-language open-source research and document review to assess KYC, sanctions, AML, and supply chain risks. Use Exiger's DDIQ and shipping databases to identify risk-relevant information, produce client-ready narratives, onboard and train users, and advise on tool usage. Support U.S. government clients with timely, accurate due diligence and risk assessments.

Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth across Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Virginia by selling IDMWORKS IAM solutions. Build and maintain client relationships, develop territory plans, manage pipeline and CRM, coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver solutions, maintain industry/product knowledge, and participate in marketing and customer activities. Travel within territory as required.

Lead the design and delivery of client and internal training on cybersecurity, AI adoption, and usability. Develop scalable curricula, create original training content, run workshops, mentor staff, collaborate with operations and marketing, and track training outcomes to improve security habits and AI literacy across clients and the team.
