Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and Finance to build models, dashboards, variance analysis, and executive narratives that connect product behavior to financial outcomes. Own data governance, complex SQL-based analyses, and scalable analytics processes to inform investment, roadmap, and strategic decisions.

Lead inorganic growth and strategic initiatives including sourcing, structuring, and executing lower-middle-market M&A, driving post-acquisition integrations and value creation, planning greenfield expansions across the Southeast, and partnering with executive leadership and sponsors on enterprise strategy, financial analysis, and investor/board communications.

Support multi-entity accounting and project accounting for a construction-focused business: billings, AP, reconciliations, WIP and percentage-of-completion reporting, fixed assets, month-end close, internal controls, and financial reporting to the Controller.

Provide financial analysis and reporting to senior leadership, supporting budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, OneStream projects, data validation, management presentations, and ad hoc strategic analyses to improve operational performance.

Lead daily global cash management, execute complex cross-border and intercompany settlements, approve high-value payments, manage bank relationships and legal documentation, produce operational cash reports, coordinate audits and ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor junior treasury staff.
