Serve as the commercial finance lead partnering with CRO and GTM leaders to own revenue forecasting, quota-setting, territory planning, and commercial metrics. Build models and dashboards (ARR, NRR, ACV, CAC, LTV), support QBRs and investor materials, drive integration across teams post-acquisition, partner with Marketing on CAC and spend efficiency, and continuously improve FP&A tools and automation.

Lead Accounting and SEC Reporting teams to deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and SEC filings. Own US GAAP adherence, ASC 606 revenue framework, SOX controls, auditor coordination, technical accounting research, and integration workstreams for M&A and ERP projects. Perform financial reconciliation and year-end closing for foreign assistance awards using GAAP. Track and manage payments in PMS/GFMS, maintain grant documentation and spreadsheets, coordinate with HHS accountants and Grants Officers, prepare briefings and reports, monitor foreign assistance lifecycle, provide technical assistance to grantees, apply internal controls, and support travel-based program monitoring.

Lead insurance-focused accounting team to ensure accurate GAAP financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, controls, and vendor management. Deliver monthly statements, variance analysis, and actionable insights with FP&A. Drive process improvements, compliance, risk mitigation, and staff development while liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

Manage day-to-day fund accounting and administration for client investment funds, supervise and develop junior staff, deliver KPIs and client service, handle escalations and onboarding, enforce risk and compliance standards, drive process improvements, and participate in local and global management initiatives.

Provide administrative and financial support to the Business Office: process P-Card transactions, accounts payable, bank deposits, tuition and billing support, manage front-office duties, maintain records, assist with I-9s and MVR checks, and respond to parent account inquiries.

Support the Director of Investments in research, asset allocation, portfolio management, reporting automation, and investment operations. Coordinate with internal teams and external asset managers, improve cash management and data processes, detect and correct data errors, assist in CECL allowance calculations, and provide ad-hoc analytical support.

Lead Operations FP&A forecasting, consolidations, month-end close and divisional cost reporting. Partner with Operations, Supply Chain and Procurement to analyze drivers, deliver variance analysis, manage HFM data integrity, and improve reporting using BI/AI. Support audits, SOX activities, bonus calculations, headcount reporting, and deliver ad-hoc analytics to inform operational decisions.

The Digital Billing Coordinator generates and issues invoices, reconciles billing data, manages client invoicing requirements, and provides billing support documentation, while ensuring compliance with internal controls and billing policies.

Participate in Target's Financial Analyst Development Program, supporting FP&A through analysis, modeling, and cross-functional partnership.
