This role operates at the intersection of Strategic Finance, FinOps, and Business Operations, ensuring that technology investments are prioritized, efficient, and tightly aligned to business outcomes.

You will partner directly with Technology, Product, and Finance leadership to drive better decisions across one of the company’s largest and most complex areas of spend.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support long-term strategy across areas such as platform modernization, data, and AI

  • Drive visibility into cloud, infrastructure, and SaaS cost drivers

    • Lead financial analysis supporting strategic capacity planning and cost optimization initiatives

  • Establish and scale FinOps practices:

    • Usage transparency

    • Cost allocation

    • Accountability across engineering teams

    • Automate insights by building real-time dashboards to give leadership visibility into spend

  • Ensure alignment across Product, Engineering, and Finance

  • Lead forecasting and planning for technology spend

  • Develop driver-based models and scenario analyses

  • Translate complex financial and technical topics into clear insights

  • Support materials and narratives for senior leadership

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in Strategic Finance, Cloud Ops, FinOps, Consulting, or FP&A

  • You take an entrepreneurial approach, with high intellectual curiosity, and are dissatisfied with the status quo. You have a history of solving complex problems, not just identifying or reporting on them

  • Experience supporting or partnering with Technology or Product organizations

  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
