Monitor clearinghouse operations, respond to support tickets, provide phone/email/remote support, analyze database query results in Excel, assist first-level support, communicate with third parties, and help define tool/process improvements.

Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls and emails for clinical clients, communicate urgent lab results, meet call center metrics, document interactions, process lab forms and draw entries, resolve complex inquiries, and maintain professionalism under pressure.

Supervise daily hospital switchboard operations, oversee telephone operators, create and maintain staffing schedules across shifts, train and support communications personnel, monitor call handling and customer service standards, assist with complex or emergency calls, maintain operational logs, and coordinate with facility management on staffing and performance.

Provide frontline hardware and software support, install and configure peripherals and workstations, perform routine system maintenance and inventory management, and offer telephone, in-person, and online support to end users.

Provide hands-on Tier 2 technical support and training for regional clinics on a rotation schedule. Monitor and manage tickets, identify trends, coordinate vendor resolutions, support Citrix, Dragon, telemedicine and A/V systems, deliver end-user training, and act as liaison for special IT projects and problem management to improve clinic workflows and customer satisfaction.

Support, configure, test, and maintain the Epic EHR and supporting systems. Build tailored workflows, document requirements, manage small-to-medium projects, lead testing and go-lives, resolve user issues, and coordinate vendor (OCHIN) updates and releases.

The role involves enhancing operational excellence, managing revenue and community functions, leading marketing campaigns, and optimizing patient acquisition funnels.
