We’re starting out with building the first digital health platform for eating disorders with an agentic care model, where we empower clinicians with agents to deliver continuous care. Why we need youThis is a founding operations role at the company. As part of this founding role, you will be tasked with setting the highest standards of operational excellence across the organization.
The core responsibility is the following: build the clinical engine that powers care. The systems and processes that you build will affect the whole patient journey, starting from the first mile (intake + patient onboarding + clinician matching) to the last mile (revenue cycle management).
You’ll work directly with the CEO, the Chief Clinical Officer, and clinical team to design and run the operational backbone of the company. This is a critical role for a strong generalist who thrives in ambiguity, builds fast, and cares deeply about healthcare done right.
What You’ll DoPatient Intake Operations: Lead and optimize new patient scheduling, referrals, and intake workflows across all channels
Eligibility & Benefits: Ensure accurate coverage checks and benefit rules for nutrition care, including referrals, telehealth policies, and plan limitations
Revenue Cycle Management: Oversee coding, claims submission, payment posting, and denial prevention to maximize successful reimbursement
Process Quality & SOPs: Build and maintain workflows, scripts, and quality standards that improve consistency, accuracy, and turnaround time
Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco — this is an in-person role

Compensation: $140K - $175K year with bonuses
