Own vendor/contract management, finance/ops logistics, recruiting-process machinery, cross-team coordination, leadership operating rhythms, and high-priority special projects. Convert founder intuition into scalable processes while retaining agility.

Provide high-level administrative support to a senior executive and team: manage calendars, appointments, travel, meetings and events; handle confidential information; liaise with stakeholders; support sub-teams and manage projects, tasks, and deliverables.

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure for the data team: deploy reliable systems, ensure data/network security and backups, design policies and procedures, audit systems, identify and fix issues, control IT assets and budget, and implement cost-effective strategic solutions.
