Provide high-level executive support to the CRO: manage complex calendars, prepare meeting materials, track action items, coordinate GTM leaders, handle travel and communications, and improve processes while maintaining discretion.

Operate and monitor robots in real time using controllers and multi-monitor setups, perform scene resets, follow SOPs, log shift activity, and collaborate with a teammate to maintain continuous robot uptime, safety, and task accuracy.

Administer and optimize Genesys Cloud CX and WFM/dialer systems for a high-volume blended contact center. Manage campaigns, forecasting, scheduling, real-time adherence, compliance, UAT, data imports, and cross-team improvements to drive KPI performance and regulatory compliance.

The IT Manager will build and oversee IT operations, manage onboarding/offboarding processes, ensure security practices, and improve systems for scalability as the company grows from 50 to over 200 employees.
