The role requires independent prioritization, polished interaction with investors and executives, document drafting and proofreading, and reliable availability during demanding travel schedules, including occasional evenings and weekends. The assistant will also identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and may grow into a strategic executive business partner.

Supports pharmaceutical research laboratories through chemical and material sourcing, domestic and international shipping, equipment troubleshooting, repair tracking, laboratory organization, and routine safety checks. Resolves order discrepancies with customers, researches information across multiple systems, maintains data integrity, and coordinates with Sales, Accounting, Legal, Quality, and Engineering. Serves as a primary contact for purchase-order questions while supporting timely customer outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Build and lead Yoodli’s Revenue Strategy & Operations function as a strategic partner to the CRO. Own GTM operating cadences, business reviews, territory and coverage design, quota and compensation modeling, forecasting, customer master data, and data-driven revenue decisions. Lead Revenue Systems, hire an Analytics & Insights Lead, and partner across Finance, Deal Desk, Partnerships, Marketing, sales leadership, and founders to scale the revenue organization.

Participate in a remote, 10-minute audio interview moderated by AI. Respond verbally to automated prompts and share honest opinions about conversational AI and digital experiences. Participants need clear conversational communication, a reliable microphone, and a quiet environment. No technical background or preparation is required.

Manage internal revenue operations, pre-sales contract and deal desk processes, and light HubSpot administration. Administer Salesforce for client-facing projects, bridge HubSpot and Salesforce data, and support infrastructure project management and compliance certification efforts such as SOC 2 and ISO. The role requires adaptability, strong communication, proactive execution, and the ability to manage shifting priorities across systems and departments.
