The Senior Business Analyst will provide data-driven insights to enhance the performance of the Support organization, focusing on analytics, dashboard creation, and operational improvements.

Lead marketing analytics to measure and optimize full-funnel performance. Build dashboards, analyze paid media and web funnels, assess lead quality and conversion, advise on budget allocation, support executive reporting, and improve analytics infrastructure across Marketing, Finance, and RevOps.

Partner with GTM and Sales leadership to design and deliver executive-grade dashboards and insights across pipeline, bookings, forecasting, and productivity. Lead and mentor a data engineering team to design and operate scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and Snowflake data warehouse solutions using Python, DBT, Matillion, and AI tools; establish standards, ensure data quality and governance, and collaborate with analytics, product, and BI stakeholders to deliver production-ready data platforms.

Own end-to-end marketing performance measurement, design scalable analytics frameworks, and build dashboards and automated reporting. Lead advanced measurement (attribution, MMM, incrementality, experimentation), partner with data teams to improve infrastructure, and translate complex analyses into actionable insights to optimize ROI and pipeline contribution.

Design, build, and operate cloud-native data platforms and scalable pipelines using Snowflake and dbt. Lead orchestration, CI/CD, observability, and performance tuning. Collaborate on backend services and limited frontend work, mentor engineers, define modeling standards, and participate in multi-team architecture and system design.

Own Lead→Win funnel reporting, attribution, and experiment measurement for Performance Marketing. Design and analyze A/B/multivariate tests, ensure tracking across Salesforce/Pardot/Gong/Clay, govern lifecycle definitions, and produce executive-ready performance narratives to guide Marketing, Sales, and RevOps investment decisions.

Technical leader building scalable data pipelines, analytics infrastructure, and APIs. Own architecture, optimize large-scale query performance, mentor engineers, and partner with product and integration teams to deliver real-time and historical analytics.

Lead operational, strategic, and analytical initiatives to improve alerts, data coverage, and AI model ROI. Conduct R&D and data analysis, build algorithmic data streams, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present strategic insights to inform decision-making.
