Lead and build Vimly's demand generation function from scratch. Own end-to-end strategy and execution for email, paid, content syndication, webinars, and ABM to generate and accelerate pipeline. Lead and grow Climate Defiance’s individual giving program by managing a portfolio of 75+ donors, cultivating four- and five-figure gifts, building systems and pipelines for mid-level and major donors, supporting executive fundraising, managing one development staff, maintaining donor database and stewardship systems, and traveling regularly for donor meetings and events.

Perform general ledger duties for assigned developments including month-end reporting, bank reconciliations, rental deposit entry, maintaining security deposit accounts, assisting auditors and budget preparation, and preparing replacement reserve requests while following company policies.

Design, prototype, and validate high-voltage DC power conversion and distribution systems (including 800V-class). Develop gate drivers, protection/sensing, and perform SPICE-based simulation, PCB/layout optimization, and high-power lab testing. Integrate with embedded control platforms and collaborate across thermal, mechanical, and system architecture teams to deliver validated hardware quickly.

Lead donor cultivation and solicitation across annual giving, grants, corporate partnerships, and major gifts ($15,000+). Manage a 75–100 prospect portfolio, execute engagement plans, coordinate fundraising events, track metrics, and collaborate with leadership to meet revenue goals while promoting agency mission.

Provide technical product expertise to support sales of storm drainage products: engage engineers and dealers, perform onsite visits and demos, develop solutions and cost estimates, assist with submittals and presentations, provide preconstruction and field installation support, and help close deals.
