Lead and own Teton’s global creative vision across brand, campaigns, digital, video, events, and sales enablement. Translate complex product and care workflows into clear storytelling and scalable design systems. Manage internal and external creative teams, oversee production, and improve creative operations. Partner cross-functionally to raise the quality and consistency of website, campaigns, presentations, and product storytelling while building reusable assets and processes that drive commercial impact.

Maintain accurate HRIS and personnel files; coordinate leave administration (FMLA, ADA, workers' comp); support employee relations, compliance, reporting, background/drug screenings; generate HR reports; assist with audits, projects, and workforce planning while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Coordinate commercial playground projects: attend customer meetings, prepare quotes and subcontracts, enter proposals and orders, manage schedules and documentation, monitor project progress, and communicate with internal teams, customers, and installers to ensure projects meet scope and timelines.

Lead customer-facing technical projects across onboarding, implementations, migrations, upgrades, and offboarding. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, risks, and governance; coordinate cross-functional teams; communicate with executive stakeholders; produce executive reporting and dashboards; drive customer accountability and continuous improvement to deliver projects on time, on scope, and with high customer satisfaction.

Ensure driver safety compliance by reviewing driver applications and previous employment, maintaining driver qualification (DQ) files, auditing insurance and participant documentation, managing DAC reporting and IC insurance compliance, assisting with HazMat, GeoTab, permitting, and other compliance-related projects.

Greet and assist members at clinic front desk, manage check-in and basic benefit eligibility, handle calls/emails and scheduling, process visit transactions, resolve member questions, and collaborate with clinical staff to ensure a seamless patient-centered experience.

Provide general administrative and clerical support in an office environment, participate in training and mentorship, assist teammates, and contribute to day-to-day office operations while taking advantage of company benefits and development opportunities.

Drive new and existing account growth within an assigned territory through prospecting, in-person dealer visits, product setup, training, and relationship management. Meet sales targets, maintain pipeline in Salesforce, collaborate with internal teams, perform business reviews, assist collections, and maintain frequent in-person customer calls and territory travel.

Sell Axalta coating solutions within an Indiana territory, drive new business and revenue, build a robust pipeline, present to decision makers, manage key accounts in Automotive Refinish, maintain CRM records, and travel up to 50% for onsite customer visits.

Lead day-to-day finance operations, month-end close, grant accounting and compliance, revenue recognition, payroll recording, financial reporting, budgeting/forecasting, and process improvements. Partner with program managers and external agencies to ensure grant compliance, prepare invoices/reimbursements, maintain accounting systems, and mentor junior staff.
