Lead SOC Engineering to own and modernize security monitoring, telemetry, detection, and automation platforms (SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR). Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders on workforce needs, sourcing strategies, candidate selection, offers, and onboarding support. Build talent pipelines, maintain Greenhouse records, monitor recruiting metrics, coordinate candidate communications, ensure compliant and consistent processes, and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Design and refine complex healthcare finance workflows for an AI platform, partnering closely with product engineers and the founding designer from concept through production. Responsibilities include UX and interaction design, visual polish, reusable components, design-system improvements, production-ready prototyping, design QA, and iteration based on customer and usage feedback.
