Manages enterprise projects from scope definition through execution, testing, training, documentation, and go-live. Leads cross-functional teams, develops schedules and budgets, tracks milestones and risks, prepares stakeholder reports, and ensures PMO governance compliance. The role coordinates teams across operations, IT, finance, business systems, and external partners while supporting strategic execution, process improvement, and project management capability development.

Analyze instrumentation data from operating nuclear power plants using AMS’s Online Monitoring methodology and proprietary tools. Identify trends, anomalies, and data gaps; prepare technical and licensing reports; support field data acquisition, plant trips, software QA testing, and quality documentation. Collaborate with senior engineers to produce accurate, defensible results while learning nuclear standards, instrumentation systems, regulatory requirements, and condition-based maintenance practices.

Manage day-to-day customer accounts and distributor relationships: process orders, handle inquiries and complaints, prepare shipping documents, coordinate with sales/marketing, and maintain product knowledge while meeting timelines and service standards.

Lead data management across batch and streaming environments; design and maintain ETL pipelines; develop Databricks and Apache Spark solutions; manage real-time processing, data transformation, routing, and enrichment; optimize storage and retrieval performance; support data security and compliance; and document processes. The role requires expert Databricks knowledge and technical leadership while collaborating with security, data science, and AI engineering teams.

Maintains the general ledger, performs reconciliations, closes monthly and annual books, supports financial reporting, budgeting, audits, payroll compliance, grant accounting, fixed assets, investments, purchasing, and vendor management. Oversees daily bank deposits, 1099 submissions, provider stipends, and an Accounting Assistant. Conducts financial analyses and supports senior management and special projects.

Lead marketing strategy, brand awareness, patient acquisition, retention, revenue growth, and go-to-market initiatives. Build and manage marketing and physician relationship teams, physician pipelines, onboarding and retention programs, education materials, and engagement events. Manage marketing budgets, vendors, agencies, compliance considerations, and AI-driven workflow optimization in a highly regulated medical cannabis industry.

Owns VASA Fitness’s HRIS strategy and Dayforce transition from ADP. Leads HCM configuration, implementation, integrations, security, compliance, data integrity, reporting, upgrades, issue escalation, and continuous optimization across core HR, payroll, time and attendance, and benefits. Partners with HR, IT, Finance, Payroll, Legal, Operations, and implementation consultants while training end users and supporting rollout and go-live.
