Manage full-cycle payroll for multiple entities, including processing, tax deposits and filings, deductions, garnishments, reconciliations, employee inquiries, audits, and regulatory compliance. Partner with Human Resources, Accounting, managers, and leadership on classifications, benefits, onboarding, and terminations. Administer payroll and ERP systems, identify process improvements, support system enhancements, and provide strategic recommendations for accurate, efficient, scalable payroll operations.

Manages employee benefits administration, including enrollment records, documentation, vendor issue resolution, employee education, payroll contributions, invoices, reports, wellness initiatives, and open enrollment support. Assists with benefits research, trend analysis, HR projects, and employee retention efforts while maintaining confidential records and a safe workplace. The role requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, initiative, and adaptability, with a hybrid schedule available after 90 days.

Develops mechanical and thermal solutions for parametric test instruments within the ADV93K platform. Responsibilities include 3D CAD modeling, PCB and cable integration, manufacturing drawings, PLM configuration management, BOM maintenance, ECO processing, prototype vendor coordination, thermal analysis, FEA, and design verification from concept through production.
