Serve as primary client contact for a portfolio of digital marketing clients: onboard clients, build relationships, manage content calendars and social media, coordinate internal teams, monitor campaign performance, and ensure timely, high-quality account management and renewals.

Design and analyze traffic systems for DOTs, counties, and municipalities including traffic signal and lighting design, fiber optics, signing, pavement markings, signal timing optimization, traffic operations and impact studies, and intersection/crash safety analyses. Support business development and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Manage daily operations with 3PLs, streamline logistics processes, handle freight invoicing and claims, support ERP transition, lead KPI reporting and training, advise on inbound transportation, and assist with international compliance and plant shipping support.

Drive enterprise AI adoption by identifying high-value use cases, guiding solutions from concept to production, embedding governance and best practices, designing training, monitoring adoption and ROI, and leading stakeholder engagement and change management.

Prepare and process biweekly payroll using ADP for multiple divisions, ensure compliance with payroll laws, maintain payroll records, produce reports and year-end forms, support audits and 401(k) testing, manage employee payroll inquiries, and improve payroll systems and processes.

Lead firm-wide AI program management from strategy through deployment and adoption. Oversee vendor selection and integrations (Claude, Harvey, Co-Pilot), implement PMO governance, apply Agile practices, manage roadmaps/budgets/risks, drive change management and responsible AI compliance, and mentor PMO staff to ensure measurable business value across practice groups.

Manage and grow customer relationships by providing prompt service, handling policy changes, conducting policy reviews, identifying product needs, and resolving moderate to complex customer situations while maintaining agency management systems and meeting agency goals.
