Lead dealership finance activities by guiding customers through financing, leasing, protection products, and compliance. Design, develop, and maintain global eCommerce storefronts and internal web apps using Adobe ACCS, BigCommerce, modern front-end frameworks (React, JS, TypeScript), GraphQL, and related Adobe services. Manage full sales cycle for high-ticket fashion and sponsorship packages—handle inbound leads, execute targeted outbound, qualify, present, close, and hand off to onboarding. Maintain strict HubSpot pipeline hygiene, follow a 7×7 cadence, collaborate with marketing/production, and travel for event weeks as needed to meet aggressive quota and multi-event bundle goals.

Manage front-office administrative operations for an eating disorders treatment center: greet clients, maintain HIPAA-compliant charts, schedule and bill patients, handle payments and petty cash, use EHR and billing software (ADS), and perform general clerical tasks.

Manage pre- and post-award grant activities including budgeting, reimbursement requests, compliance with Uniform Guidance and state rules, financial tracking, reporting, subrecipient monitoring, and cross-team coordination. Provide monthly grant status reports, support invoicing and closeouts, maintain grant files, and suggest process improvements while working hybrid from the Roseville, MN office.

Handle accounts receivable and billing: prepare and submit invoices (including customer-specific formats like OpenInvoice/OpenTicket), verify billing against field tickets and POs, maintain billing and receivables records, support collections, enter project/field ticket data, and assist with accounting or administrative projects.

Lead revenue forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for Go-to-Market teams. Build and maintain financial models, measure CAC/LTV and cohort metrics, support zero-based budgeting, enhance forecasting tools (CUBE), and partner with senior leadership to monitor KPIs and drive financial planning decisions.
