Support senior originators on life insurance-placed CRE loans through underwriting, financial modeling, lender submission preparation, due diligence management, transaction coordination, and closing. Serve as liaison with borrowers, insurers, third-party vendors, and internal teams while maintaining transaction data and adherence to credit guidelines.

Own and execute organic social strategy for Instagram and TikTok: create, capture, edit, publish short-form content; drive follower growth, reach, and engagement; manage content calendar; brief and direct creators and contractors; track performance and report insights; support awareness and fundraising campaigns; film on-site at events and rescues.

Build, optimize, and report on paid campaigns across Meta and Google. Develop paid media strategies, write ad copy, collaborate on creative, monitor performance daily, run tests, and deliver data-driven insights to clients.

Build and maintain customer relationships, match customers with Seacoast Bank products, open and maintain accounts, process transactions, ensure AML/BSA compliance, meet sales goals and referrals, enroll customers in self-service technology, participate in community events, and pursue NMLS registration.
