Own the strategy and roadmap for Constructor’s search quality and Product Discovery Engine. Drive measurable improvements in relevance, conversion, revenue per visit, and GMV across retail verticals. Partner with ML, data science, and engineering teams to productionize state-of-the-art retrieval, ranking, query understanding, personalization, and LLM capabilities. Lead and build BROADMIND's operations: create scalable processes, ensure legal/regulatory compliance, oversee day-to-day operations, analyze data to guide decisions, negotiate contracts, identify growth and partnership opportunities, and shape company culture while working closely with the CEO and executive team in a hands-on, zero-to-one environment.
