Oversee HR functions at a community location including recruiting, new hire orientation, benefits administration, payroll reporting, personnel file maintenance, workers' compensation, performance management, disciplinary actions, training coordination, and participation in community events and Manager On-Duty program.

Support the Smyrna distribution center by maintaining and generating operational, inventory, and PO reports using Excel and Oracle data.
