Monitor and clear baggage jams, operate manual encoding stations for unreadable tags, communicate system status with control room and technicians, follow safety procedures (including LOTO/PPE), inspect conveyors and scanners, record incidents, lift baggage up to 50 lbs, work shifts at the airport to support continuous BHS operation and on-time departures.

Drive new business by developing pipelines, preparing proposals and RFQ/RFP responses, conducting market research, attending industry events, building client relationships, and converting leads into sales for geotechnical and construction materials testing services.

Manage logistics, security, and inventory of federal, state, and county assessments; support testing accommodations and data integrity; provide technical troubleshooting for devices and testing platforms; assist with staff training, scheduling, and reporting; maintain confidential student testing records and reconcile testing materials.

Develop and execute A1's global communications strategy: build media relationships, craft messaging and press materials, prepare executives for media appearances, manage product launch communications, monitor coverage, support crisis communications, and collaborate with product, recruiting, and leadership teams to ensure consistent external messaging.

Support free grocery distribution across multiple regions by leading on-site distributions, ensuring food safety and compliance, recruiting and training volunteers, managing supply bins and special projects, engaging community partners, and improving program workflows to enhance client and volunteer experience.
