Post payments from multiple sources, research account histories, reconcile payments, handle receipt requests and payment correspondence, identify and resolve discrepancies, and support the accounting department with administrative financial tasks.

Drive new business sales and renewals for assigned higher-education STEM accounts (50-100), deliver product demonstrations, execute territory call plans, build account plans, use Salesforce for pipeline and forecasting, and collaborate across sales and cross-functional teams to grow market share.

Monitor security alerts, investigate suspicious activity, support incident triage and evidence collection, administer endpoint and access controls, assist phishing response and user security awareness, and contribute to compliance efforts (CMMC/NIST/DFARS/ITAR) and documentation under senior guidance.
