Lead cross-functional teams to plan, track, and deliver client projects on scope, schedule, and budget. Manage schedules, risks, changes, issues, client communications, status reporting, forecasts, and executive steering committee materials. Serve as the lead HR business partner for Global Supply Chain and PDM Product & Strategy organizations, shaping people strategy, organization design, talent identification, and change management. Advise senior leaders on complex employee matters, drive talent reviews, performance and compensation planning, and promote inclusion and diversity. Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver workforce planning, resourcing, and transition from legacy to future-state processes. Support analytics-driven decision making and lead HR execution for ~300 employees and contractors.

Supervise daily airport operations, staff scheduling, payroll accuracy, regulatory and airline policy compliance, client and government liaison, security communication, labor/union matters, and personnel/training record upkeep.

Manage daily contractor deal flow including processing material financing and pay-app advance requests, underwriting purchases, setting up supplier and GC accounts, maintaining account documentation, performing background and project diligence, communicating status to contractors/suppliers, collaborating with sales and underwriting, and supporting audits and process improvements.

Lead daily clinical supply chain operations: dispense, transport, and inventory medical/surgical supplies; assemble carts; perform equipment inspections and maintenance; capture patient charges; supervise and train staff; ensure supply locations are organized, safe, and compliant.

Lead and grow a team of Conversation Designers to build and scale conversational AI experiences. Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and ML teams to drive strategy, tooling, evaluation, and quality practices. Recruit and remove roadblocks, own strategic initiatives, and remain hands-on in designing, testing, and improving AI-driven conversational products.

Lead and scale Boulevard's data platform engineering organization to build reliable, secure, and performant data pipelines, governance, ML/AI infrastructure, and customer-facing data products. Partner with Product and Insights to deliver reporting and analytics, enforce data quality and HIPAA-compliant security standards, and drive strategic roadmap and operational excellence.
