Manage end-to-end administration of health, welfare, retirement, and ancillary benefits; oversee vendor relationships and data transfers; ensure regulatory compliance; support benefits strategy, vendor selection, plan changes, employee counsel, training, and benefits communications across the company.

Design, architect, and implement scalable HRIS solutions and integrations across Workday (HCM, Payroll, Time). Build and optimize end-to-end data flows, configure Workday features and security, ensure data governance and audit readiness, and partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, and engineering to deliver a world-class HRIS platform.
