Provides operational, analytical, and logistical support for Engineering recruiting. Leads the HR function for a multi-location retail organization and advises executive leadership and managers. Responsibilities include employee relations, workplace investigations, manager coaching and development, performance management, compliance, organizational risk assessment, HR staff leadership, and handling sensitive employee matters with discretion.

Coordinates technical interview scheduling, onsite candidate experiences, travel logistics, debriefs, interviewer feedback, and ATS data integrity. Builds recruiting playbooks, templates, workflow standards, and interviewer training while improving hiring processes and candidate communication. Supports recruiting leaders and technical recruiters in a fast-growing startup environment, including managing overlapping priorities and confidential candidate information.

Leads organizational development, leadership development, employee engagement, culture, succession planning, change management, learning programs, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. Advises senior leaders, develops competency frameworks, analyzes workforce data, supports performance management, and drives inclusive workplace practices and continuous improvement across the organization.
