Own and operate global variable compensation programs for GTM teams: design scalable commission processes, administer payouts, manage policy implementation, triage field support, perform reconciliations and audits, produce reporting and dashboards, and partner with Legal, Finance, HRIS, and Revenue Operations to ensure accurate, compliant, and scalable compensation administration.

Build proactive talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles across 90+ locations by sourcing passive candidates, running campus and mortuary science program outreach, designing personalized email/SMS/social campaigns, managing internship and career-fair engagement, partnering with marketing, and maintaining candidate data and background-check tracking to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Administer health, welfare, and retirement benefits; respond to employee inquiries, manage vendor/carrier reports, ensure ACA compliance, maintain benefit data and procedures, coordinate with payroll/accounting, and support system testing and enrollment tasks.

Support HR functions in a manufacturing environment including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, training, performance management, benefits administration, HRIS and records maintenance, policy implementation, and compliance. Work closely with HR Manager on orientations, PTO administration, leave management, and other HR duties. Bilingual (Spanish) required.
