The Senior Compensation Advisor provides analytical support and strategic guidance on compensation matters, conducts complex analyses, and partners with stakeholders to ensure alignment with financial and regulatory considerations.

Lead HRIS administration, roadmap, integrations, and data governance for a manufacturing environment. Manage implementations, upgrades, vendor relationships, AI-enabled HR tools, reporting, compliance filings, audits, automation, and training to ensure accurate, secure HR data and streamlined HR processes across the employee lifecycle.

Manage employee relations, recruitment, training, performance management, investigations, and HR policies. Supervise HR staff, coach managers, conduct exit interviews, oversee appeals and performance processes, and develop recruiting strategies aligned with business needs.

Serve as a strategic, hands-on HR Business Partner supporting leaders and employees with employee relations, performance management, talent development, succession planning, hiring guidance, change management, HR programs (engagement, DEI, recognition), and HR process improvements across a distributed, remote workforce.

Provides administrative HR support including recruitment assistance, maintaining employee records and HRIS, onboarding, payroll coordination, preparing HR documents, responding to employee inquiries, organizing training and engagement, and ensuring confidentiality and compliance. Requires weekly travel to Philadelphia.

Own end-to-end technical hiring for engineering, product, and design: source proactively, build pipelines, partner with hiring managers, design interview processes and scorecards, and build recruiting infrastructure and tooling to scale.

The role involves connecting candidates with portfolio companies in the crypto ecosystem, supporting recruitment efforts across various backgrounds and specializations.

The Recruiter manages full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding while building partnerships with hiring leaders and providing consultative guidance based on recruitment analytics.

Provides front-line HR support including visitor/email triage, student and adjunct hiring/onboarding, HRIS data entry and file maintenance, benefits and unemployment processing, workers' comp intake, and HR intranet updates. Partners with Payroll and Financial Aid, maintains compliance with employment laws, assists with surveys and HR correspondence, and recommends process improvements.

Develop and revise training by performing task analyses, designing objectives, and creating classroom, computer-based, and OJT training and assessments for operations and engineering staff at Hanford. Support emergent training assignments, complete monthly status spreadsheets, and coordinate with Operations and Engineering Training Managers to ensure training meets requirements.
