Partners with clinical and operations leaders to address quality and compliance gaps while maintaining alignment with CARF, regulatory, and evidence-based standards.

Supports multi-state US payroll processing, benefits and 401(k) administration, payroll reconciliation, tax and wage reporting, and employee payroll inquiries. Provides North America HR operations support across onboarding, offboarding, documentation, compliance, performance and compensation cycles, and HR data maintenance. Delivers Spanish-language HR and payroll support to the Colombia office, partners with UK and global HR teams, and helps improve automation and system integration.

Serve as a bilingual English/Spanish HR contact for manufacturing employees. Support daily HR operations, recruiting, onboarding, I-9 and E-Verify compliance, HRIS records, payroll and benefits questions, attendance, employee relations, leave administration, documentation, communications, and engagement initiatives. Maintain a visible presence across Thornton and Louisville facilities while supporting three shifts and adapting to changing operational needs.

Own full-cycle recruiting and sourcing strategies for assigned roles, build diverse candidate pipelines, analyze recruiting data, partner consultatively with hiring managers, manage requisitions and ATS data integrity, and deliver a personalized candidate experience. Advise stakeholders using market intelligence, compensation data, hiring feasibility insights, and talent trends while ensuring efficient, compliant recruitment workflows.

Provides recruiting support across assigned markets by sourcing, networking, screening, and referring candidates for center-level positions. Coordinates job postings, interviews, offers, candidate tracking, onboarding handoffs, and recruiting reports. Builds referral and professional networks, uses sourcing platforms and hiring events, maintains competitor intelligence, and partners with hiring managers and operational leaders. Requires regular in-market travel and occasional out-of-market travel.

Leads HR Operations and Total Rewards, including compensation, equity, benefits, HR systems, analytics, talent acquisition operations, immigration, and compliance. Drives an AI-native HR infrastructure using Workday, Ashby, and automation to enable self-service and improve data quality. Owns global rewards strategy, compensation cycles, benefits administration, workforce analytics, compliance, HR technology requirements, and executive reporting while managing a high-performing team.

Leads full-cycle benefits administration, including eligibility, billing, compliance, Open Enrollment, vendor management, and employee communications. Manages broker, carrier, TPA, PBM, wellness, EAP, and mental health vendor relationships. Supports transitions to self-funded plans, plan performance analysis, M&A due diligence and integrations, benefits strategy, RFPs, and ADP Workforce Now configuration. Partners with HR and finance to evaluate plan design, audit billing, assess claims, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Provide individualized and group career advising to students and recent graduates, including job-search strategy, resume and cover-letter development, interview preparation, and offer evaluation. Design and deliver career programming, workshops, networking events, career fairs, and employer showcases. Support departmental initiatives, event logistics, employer and campus partnerships, and program evaluation using data.
