Administer and execute North America payroll and benefits using ADP and HRIS. Manage payroll processing, reconciliations, benefits administration (401(k), COBRA, insurance), compliance, I-9/E-Verify, vendor liaison, audits, HR reporting, and collaborate with accounting and regional HR teams to improve processes and maintain regulatory compliance.

Support Talent Development & Culture by operating and improving talent programs and processes across the employee lifecycle. Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, benefits and leave administration, performance management, HRIS recordkeeping (Paylocity), training coordination, and employee engagement to support office and manufacturing staff.

Build autonomous recruiting systems: source engineers from nontraditional places, automate outreach and enrichment, track funnel health, cultivate networks, and run events to attract talent while partnering with the founding recruiter.

Lead HR analytics and reporting by analyzing workforce data, building dashboards (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Workday), and partnering with HR and business leaders. Drive workforce planning, improve HR data quality and processes, present insights to leadership, and manage analytics projects to support recruiting and retention strategies.

Provide administrative HR support including interview coordination, end-to-end onboarding and weekly orientation, HRIS recordkeeping, payroll auditing, benefits administration, termination processing, and preparing HR reports and correspondence.

Design, deliver, and manage enterprise talent development programs (onboarding, learning journeys, cohort-based development, early career programs). Facilitate workshops, partner with stakeholders and vendors, manage program operations, measure outcomes, and apply continuous improvement. Incorporate innovative and AI-enabled learning approaches to support upskilling, reskilling, and future skills alignment.

Lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise learning (SRE University). Partner with executives and operational leaders to build onboarding, technical and leadership development programs, manage the LMS, deliver and evaluate training, capture institutional knowledge, and support succession and workforce capability across company operations and project sites.

Support HR Generalist with employee relations, onboarding, paperwork, and HRIS/timekeeping maintenance. Greet employees, process new hires/terminations/status changes, track attendance, assist night-shift onboarding, prepare standard HR documents, and help with special HR projects and floor presence.
