HCM products; process payrolls accurately, manage tax accounts, provide subject-matter expertise in payroll, HR, time & labor, ensure compliance and confidentiality, recommend process improvements, support client retention and growth, and complete two-week in-person onboarding in Carrollton, TX.

Lead People & Culture operations including onboarding, talent development, employee relations, performance management, immigration coordination, HR compliance, recordkeeping, reporting, and culture initiatives. Partner with leaders to deliver HR programs, support audits, and drive continuous improvement.
