Own and optimize Taskrabbit's HR tech stack, implement AI-driven HR automation, build Rippling workflows, create automated people analytics dashboards, govern HRIS data quality, manage compensation data pulls and ad-hoc reporting, and lead vendor RFPs and contract negotiations to scale People operations.

Lead execution of product-level change, training, and adoption plans for AI products. Partner with product owners to design training, run stakeholder engagement and communications, measure adoption metrics, and report insights. Drive behavior change, manage training lifecycle, and contribute to enterprise adoption frameworks in a hybrid US commercial environment.
