Lead full-cycle recruiting for Enterprise Sales, Commercial Sales, Sales Development, and other GTM functions. Source and screen candidates, manage high-volume requisitions, advise hiring managers, close offers, analyze recruiting metrics, maintain recruiting data integrity, champion DEI, use AI recruiting tools, and drive cross-functional talent acquisition improvements.

Leads administration, compliance, analysis, benchmarking, and continuous improvement for company-wide compensation, benefits, leave, and accommodation programs. Partners with employees, managers, executives, brokers, advisors, and global HR teams to maintain competitive and legally compliant programs. Coaches the team, oversees performance, develops compensation leveling recommendations, supports audits, and uses data and emerging technologies to improve operational efficiency and insights.

Partners with Operations leaders to align HR programs with business goals. Manages workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent and employee engagement initiatives, training evaluation, performance programs, intern hiring, exit interviews, and HR reporting. Uses workforce and engagement data to recommend actionable improvements while serving as a first point of contact for managers and employees. The role is based in Boise and requires working in the office four days per week.

Own outbound sourcing strategy for Engineering roles while supporting Product and GTM searches. Build talent maps, engage passive technical candidates, conduct market research, track pipeline metrics, and improve outreach conversion. Lead Alloy’s AI-augmented sourcing workflow using tools such as Noon.ai and Gem, develop sourcing playbooks, and partner with recruiters and leadership on talent intelligence and pipeline health.
