The Staff Engineer at G2i will lead and grow an engineering team, set technical strategy, and ensure quality delivery across full-stack systems while fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

Manage commercial and industrial customer accounts in the Knoxville area, drive sales growth and profitability, communicate delivery/payment/contract terms, identify new market opportunities, support sales administration, assist project management and cash collection, and ensure customer satisfaction while traveling across the territory as needed.
