The Salesforce IT Manager / Architect will lead the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions, managing teams and ensuring governance, while aligning IT strategies with business objectives.

Lead global IT quality, compliance, and validation for a regulated life sciences organization. Develop and execute CSV/CSA and SLC/SDLC strategies, oversee governance, risk assessments, audits, and AI/ML model lifecycle controls. Maintain IT QMS, implement standardized validation tools, track compliance KPIs, and lead a dispersed team to deliver regulatory readiness and continuous improvement across IT systems.

Support design, installation, configuration, and maintenance of laboratory instruments, computerized systems, and networks in a GMP environment. Ensure system availability, manage change controls/CAPAs, support audits and FDA inspections, partner with vendors, and drive continuous improvement for compliant lab operations.

Design, deploy, and maintain the corporate digital workspace across macOS, Windows, and ChromeOS. Manage Google Workspace, MDM (Kandji/Iru, Intune), device enrollment, security/compliance, enterprise networking, conferencing, and printing. Automate packaging, agent rollouts, patching, and compliance using scripting and collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

Provide advanced technical assistance to faculty, staff, and students; log and resolve tickets via ServiceNow; install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and applications; coordinate with vendors and infrastructure teams; document troubleshooting steps and escalate as needed while delivering high-quality customer service.

Manage and grow mid-market IT accounts via virtual and onsite engagement. Build account plans and targeted pipeline, qualify leads, forecast sales, and close moderately complex solutions with partners and field sales support.

Lead and build a global IT strategic sourcing and category management function. Develop and execute sourcing strategies across software, SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, telecommunications, and managed services. Manage stakeholder relationships, negotiate major vendor agreements, drive cost savings and supplier performance, oversee team development and governance, and deliver procurement analytics and operating model improvements to align sourcing with enterprise technology objectives.
