Lead AI engineering teams to design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI solutions. Manage client relationships, plan and deliver projects, mentor staff, drive adoption of cloud-native microservices, CI/CD, vector databases and orchestration tools, and ensure high standards of quality, innovation, and compliance.

Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and ML services within Managed Services. Manage project planning, budgeting, execution, and quality. Mentor and develop team members, cultivate client relationships, implement model monitoring and operationalization practices, and collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure compliant, reusable AI solutions.

Lead assessment and secure adoption of AI/ML and GenAI systems for clients. Design security patterns and controls, perform assessments and pen tests, prototype AI-enabled security capabilities, ensure compliance (PII, privacy, regulatory), document protocols, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to productionize scalable AI-security solutions.

Develop reusable ML tooling and libraries, collaborate with data scientists to productionize models, build services and APIs (Docker/Linux), follow engineering best practices, and support project lifecycle from intake to maintenance.

Summer data science internship working on ML projects (anomaly detection, numerical optimization, PII/PHI NLP). Interns will develop models, write high-quality Python, use Linux and development tools, work with git, Docker, CI/CD and Kubernetes, participate in code reviews and agile rituals, and present results to technical and non-technical audiences.

Develop and productionize AI features from PoC to scalable deployments. Write production-ready Python code, implement testing and debugging, refine user stories, participate in ethical and security reviews, and collaborate with stakeholders to align AI solutions with business needs.
