Design and develop data pipelines, integrations, transformations, and infrastructure across AWS, Snowflake, Airflow, and MySQL. Troubleshoot warehouse issues, validate data quality, improve pipeline reliability, and translate business needs into data engineering solutions. Interpret technical findings for client recommendations, manage workstreams, review junior team members’ work, and provide technical guidance across managed services engagements.

Leads global teams developing production AI, GenAI, RAG, agentic workflow, and MLOps solutions for health systems and health plans. Translates clinical, financial, and operational challenges into HIPAA-compliant use cases involving clinical decision support, population health, revenue cycle, research, and optimization. Oversees healthcare data science engagements, model governance, executive stakeholder communications, client delivery, and team development.

Supports the development and maintenance of data ingestion, transformation, and integration pipelines across enterprise systems. Writes and optimizes SQL, assists with database management, supports BI reporting, monitors data quality and system performance, troubleshoots issues, documents data flows, and gathers requirements for automation. Works under senior engineering guidance while developing skills in cloud platforms, ETL/ELT, data modeling, governance, MuleSoft, and Azure Data Factory.

Build and maintain data pipelines in Azure Synapse using Spark, Python, SQL, and C#. Apply data warehouse and lakehouse modeling standards, collaborate with analysts and testing teams, troubleshoot data issues, and develop machine learning and regression analysis capabilities using Azure ML and related tools.

Design, build, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehouse architecture. Partner with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, ensure data quality and governance, own billing data infrastructure, and deliver dashboards and analytics for leadership while mentoring peers.
