The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $169,600 - $212,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:What You Will do in This Role:
Lead Design-to-Build (DtB) workstream execution and operational deployment across North America, ensuring alignment with business objectives and transformation goals.
Partner with global Business Transformation (BT) teams and stakeholders to define, implement, and optimize business processes that support organizational needs.
Collaborate with Product Development, Product Management, IT, Manufacturing, and BT teams to ensure successful adoption of digital capabilities and transformation initiatives.
Define and execute the global strategy for product configuration, structuring, and platforming across the IAS organization.
Establish and drive the vision, roadmap, and governance for digital engineering processes, tools, and data management aligned with product development and business objectives.
Lead the selection, deployment, integration, and lifecycle management of engineering and enterprise platforms, including PLM, CAD, simulation, MBSE, and related systems.
Drive seamless integration between engineering and enterprise systems to improve data continuity, process automation, and operational efficiency.
Develop and enforce standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for engineering tools, processes, and compliance.
Drive the adoption of AI-enabled solutions within R&D to accelerate innovation, optimize engineering workflows, enhance product quality, and improve operational performance.
Evaluate emerging technologies, AI advancements, and industry best practices to strengthen engineering capabilities and maintain competitive advantage.
What We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in engineering, engineering tool management, digital transformation, or product development processes.
Senior-level experience in product development or project engineering and an expert in engineering processes and tools.
Proven track record as a leader in functional processes and technology deployment.
Deep knowledge of enterprise systems and deployment methodologies.
Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving organizational change.
Strong knowledge of Siemens PLM systems, CAD tools, simulation software, and model-based engineering.
Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, data analytics, and automation technologies.
Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Familiarity with AI concepts, machine learning applications, and digital transformation strategies.
Ability to understand and align with company vision and program objectives.
Experienced in PLM systems and ERP system deployments.
Solid understanding of Maestro.
Preferred Skills
Experience in large-scale system implementations and AI-driven projects.
Skill in change management principles.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
Knowledge of digital twin and Industry 4.0 concepts.
Ability to influence and lead in a global, matrixed organization.
Travel
