Lead AI/ML and computer vision R&D programs for government and commercial customers. Manage and mentor engineering and research teams, secure funding, deliver complex software projects, and publish technical results while meeting contractual security requirements.

Design and develop software solutions across the SDLC: gather requirements, create wireframes and ER diagrams, define database schemas, write SQL, build UIs, debug and maintain multi-tier applications focusing on security and scalability.

Create and update 2D drawings, 3D models, assemblies, BOMs and engineering drawings in SolidWorks; perform design calculations, process change requests, and apply engineering standards and codes.

Build tailored cultivation/solicitation plans, prepare proposals and stewardship reports, track activity in Salesforce, collaborate with leadership on transformational and planned gifts, and support fundraising for GIFT IX and Equity Imperative 2030 priorities.

Partner with managers to deliver HR programs in a 24/7 manufacturing environment: onboarding, employee relations, performance management, labor relations support, training, disability/return-to-work coordination, workforce planning, metrics analysis, and policy maintenance to drive engagement and retention.

Create, document, and maintain SOPs, role-specific playbooks, and process maps; manage a centralized operations knowledge repository; enforce version control and governance; collaborate cross-functionally to capture workflows and drive continuous improvement.

Process and scan admissions, enrollment, and registration documents; post transcripts and manage student holds; provide front desk support and customer service via in-person, phone, tickets, and email. Assist students through the admissions and registration processes and perform other duties as assigned (20 hours/week).

Provide customer service and administrative support in a secure credentialing environment: verify identities, process credential applications and updates, maintain accurate electronic records, operate credential production equipment, assist customers, troubleshoot basic office equipment, and protect sensitive information per security policies.

Provide advanced litigation support to AUSAs in affirmative civil enforcement: manage and process ESI, maintain document databases, prepare trial exhibits, support eDiscovery and courtroom technology, coordinate with vendors, and ensure confidentiality and litigation hold compliance.
