Investigate, reconcile, and resolve customer payment deductions, chargebacks, and discrepancies. Process valid deductions, dispute invalid claims, collect outstanding amounts, maintain supporting documentation, and manage customer pricing and reporting. Analyze deduction trends, identify process improvements, collaborate across departments, and provide strategic customer support.

Processes sales and purchase orders accurately, verifying customer accounts, part numbers, pricing, shipping requirements, quality clauses, and terms. Resolves order discrepancies with customers, researches information across multiple systems, maintains data integrity, and coordinates with Sales, Accounting, Legal, Quality, and Engineering.
