Owns retention, customer satisfaction, platform adoption, and renewals for a portfolio of global B2B SaaS accounts. Builds executive relationships, monitors customer health and usage, leads business reviews, coordinates onboarding and technical delivery, resolves issues, communicates product value, and maintains account plans in Gainsight and Salesforce. Operate and support internally managed and SaaS environments across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure. Install, configure, troubleshoot, and deploy applications; partner with Engineering, DevOps, Security, and Support teams; maintain environment documentation; support client implementation readiness; and improve automation, monitoring, reliability, performance, and security.

Develops on-brand graphic and digital content for print, web, social media, email, events, fundraising, merchandise, and campaigns. Creates motion graphics and short-form video, adapts templates for local councils, maintains brand and media assets, supports photography and video production, and prepares files for print and web. Collaborates cross-functionally to deliver effective visual communications while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
