Sells installed polished concrete, epoxy, resinous, and related flooring systems to commercial, retail, and industrial customers. Requires strong qualifying, closing, territory management, account development, and customer communication skills, along with occasional overnight travel and a valid driver’s license.

Leads financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, reporting, treasury, audit, compliance, risk management, and revenue-cycle oversight for a nonprofit behavioral health organization. Advises the CEO and Board, develops financial models, manages liquidity and investments, strengthens internal controls, and evaluates programs and strategic opportunities. Manage the performance management system, support managers with individual development plans, track and evaluate development activities, support succession planning, design and run engagement surveys and programs, assess training needs, coordinate training, and evaluate training effectiveness.

Sources and recruits high-quality candidates for valet parking and bell services across corporate and field operations. Conducts interviews, supports hiring decisions, develops sourcing and closing strategies, advises hiring managers, uses recruiting technologies, and advocates for a timely, engaging candidate experience.
