Assesses client risks, recommends customized coverage, maintains knowledge of insurance products and carriers, and delivers strong customer experiences. Collaborates with team members to meet sales goals while managing client opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Provides administrative and customer service support to the Investment Services Team. Duties include scheduling meetings, handling customer and brokerage correspondence, processing deposits, withdrawals, and brokerage account paperwork, maintaining confidential financial records, preparing reports and client documentation, and tracking branch referrals for incentive payouts. The role also requires adherence to FINRA, Bank Secrecy Act, AML, CIP, OFAC, and related compliance requirements.

Supports daily accounts receivable operations by preparing invoices, applying payments, reconciling cash, monitoring aging balances, resolving account discrepancies, processing deposits, maintaining customer records, and communicating with clients about billing. The role also assists with month-end and quarter-end close, royalty statement preparation, reporting, and process improvements.
