Lead the transformation of Sales Support into a scalable, data-driven, AI-enabled capability. Modernize workflows, service models, and performance visibility while identifying practical AI and automation use cases. The producer inherits an established middle-market book while building new business. Responsibilities include sales planning, client and carrier relationship management, renewals, policy and premium coordination, CRM documentation, and compliance with underwriting procedures. The role also requires ongoing professional development and collaboration with commercial lines teams.

Lead and motivate Internet Sales Associates while managing digital sales strategy and customer engagement. Oversee phone and email follow-up, appointment scheduling, lead transfers, CRM activity, owner follow-up, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
