Support cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance activities across the organization. Maintain SSPs, POA&Ms, risk registers, policies, and compliance documentation; coordinate CMMC and NIST RMF activities; support audits, assessments, continuous monitoring, incident response documentation, and remediation tracking. Work with engineering and IT teams to validate security controls, interpret requirements, and strengthen the organization’s cybersecurity posture.

Conduct phone screenings, assess candidates, send assessments, coordinate interviews, and maintain candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system. Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, support candidates, improve recruitment processes, and report recruiting activity. The role focuses on sourcing and attracting sales talent across multiple markets while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Creates and produces printed point-of-sale materials, including banners, posters, price signs, and menus. Designs materials according to supplier brand guidelines while maintaining quality, accuracy, proper formatting, sizing, pricing, and deadlines. Uses Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and performs manual production tasks such as cutting, mounting signs, and installing banner grommets. Collaborates with customers, management, and coworkers in a fast-paced office environment.
